The Company
Shelley’s was founded by Peter Shelley in the 1960’s. Steady growth led to incorporation in 1979 and in 2006 when Peter retired, the company was taken over by two of his daughters. It has grown every year since then to become a leader in its field.
We repeat business with many of our customers and receive new business mainly through referral.
What We Do
Shelley’s are known by its customers for “delivering an end to end metalwork service for bespoke design and manufacture” .
We offer build and installation for projects, with top to tail project management.
Our workshop facilities include the latest design, construction and finishing technologies, delivering unrivalled quality and projects delivered on time and on budget.

Architectural Metal Work & Structural Steelwork (UKCE Marked)
Our architectural metalwork team work closely with commercial and domestic clients. Our clients include builders, architects, shop fitters, exhibition and joinery companies. We work across London, South East and around the M25 supplying gates, railing, staircases RSJs and builders beams.
Sheet Metal Work
Our sheet metalwork team work closely in both commercial and domestic arenas. Our clients include companies offering bespoke commercial interiors, hospitality , exhibition and staging fit outs. Metalwork supplied includes popcorn warmers, commercial ice bins, bars, lights, point of sale stands. 
Precision Sheet Metal
And the precision sheet metal work team manufacturing component parts work closely within the aerospace and defence arenas.

Accreditations
We hold accreditations to the following bodies:Drafting
The drafting department interprets clients’ visuals and produces fabrication drawings to allow the workshop to create and construct the customers’ initial concept. The Radan software enables the production 3D modelling bringing any concept to life.
Project Management
Our distinguished team of Production Managers provide top to tail management services right from the initial enquiry to the onsite installation.
They constantly liaise with the workshop staff and their vast skills and industry knowledge, equip them to oversee the manufacture of a product of quality within budget and time demands.
CNC
With over 40 years of experience in the industry, the CNC department is made up of highly skilled operators who utilise a Trumph 20 CNC punch.
These machines have the ability to cut to accuracy and precision.
The state of the art machines enables production from 3D modelling bringing any concept to life.
Skills and Facility
We have some of the most skilled workers in the South East. Our 17500 sq ft workshop is equipped with machinery to allow us to offer a “one stop shop” for a “complete metal work service” service from concept to installation.
